Description

A delicious dessert combining the flavors of snickerdoodle cookies and cobbler.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Stir in milk until smooth.
  6. Fold in diced apples.
  7. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
