Instructions

- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time and mix well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until just combined.
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar topping by mixing granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour the blondie batter into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
