Instructions
- Season turkey wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the wings and stir to coat.
- Pour in chicken broth and add thyme; bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour until wings are tender.
- Serve hot with gravy from the pan.
