Description

A savory dish featuring chicken smothered in a creamy spinach, beef, and mushroom sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamed spinach
  • 1 cup beef, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  5. Stir in creamed spinach and shredded beef.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. In a baking dish, place chicken breasts.
  8. Pour the mushroom and spinach mixture over the chicken.
