- 1 cup creamed spinach
- 1 cup beef, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in creamed spinach and shredded beef.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, place chicken breasts.
- Pour the mushroom and spinach mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
