Description

A hearty smoked sausage and potatoes skillet dish that is easy to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  4. Stir to combine and cover the skillet.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
