Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through.
