Description

A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe featuring honey garlic chicken and mixed vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add mixed vegetables on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Remove chicken and vegetables. Stir cornstarch and water into the sauce to thicken.
  7. Serve chicken and veggies with sauce poured over them.
