A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe featuring honey garlic chicken and mixed vegetables.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add mixed vegetables on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and vegetables. Stir cornstarch and water into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve chicken and veggies with sauce poured over them.
Notes
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
