Description
Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter using a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic.
- Pour garlic butter over beef.
- Add soy sauce, pepper, salt, thyme, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be served with rice or vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
