Description

Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter using a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add garlic.
  3. Pour garlic butter over beef.
  4. Add soy sauce, pepper, salt, thyme, and beef broth.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Serve hot.
