Description

A hearty and flavorful slow cooker beef ramen dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  3. Add beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  5. Remove the beef and shred it.
  6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker.
  7. Add ramen noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
