Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and scatter them over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Serve with pickles or coleslaw on the side.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
