Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
