A quick and easy skillet pizza made on the stovetop.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and olive oil, stir until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Top with cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers.
- Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Check for a golden crust and melted cheese.
- Slice and serve hot.
