Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill a greased heart-shaped doughnut pan with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the doughnuts cool for a few minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Coat the doughnuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes
