- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
