Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through.
- Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the bottom.
- Add shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and green onions on top.
- Drizzle spicy mayo over the bowl.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the spiciness of the mayo to your taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds for added texture.
