A rich and flavorful lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shrimp, and half of the crab.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
