Description

A rich and flavorful lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shrimp, and half of the crab.
  6. Add another layer of marinara sauce and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and mozzarella on top.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spices to your taste.
  • Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
