- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, and cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
