Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp mixture in the baking dish.
