- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
