Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp in a pot of boiling water until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and let the shrimp cool.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocados, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
