Description

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
