Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- In a bowl, mash avocado and mix with lime juice.
- Spread avocado on toasted baguette slices.
- Top with cooked shrimp.
- Garnish with cilantro.
