Description

A refreshing dish with shrimp and avocado served in a bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
