Description
A quick and healthy shrimp asparagus stir fry.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add asparagus and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh asparagus for the best flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
