Description
A quick and easy shrimp and broccoli stir fry in garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over shrimp and broccoli, stirring to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
