- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mashed avocado on the cut side of each bread half.
- Top with the shrimp mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
