Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
