Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Arrange chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
