- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Assemble pitas with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
