- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.

- Use any color bell pepper.
