Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cashews, and mixed vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and toss to coat.
