Description

A simple and healthy one-pan meal with chicken and vegetables tossed in balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken and veggies to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken and veggies on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.

  • Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
  • Marinate chicken for an hour for more flavor.
