Ingredients

- 2 lbs Angus steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
