Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in ginger and garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve over rice or quinoa.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
