Description

These sesame ginger chicken meatballs are flavorful and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and honey.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each meatball.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
