Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and honey.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each meatball.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
