Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Steamed broccoli, for serving
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Pour sauce mixture over the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sesame seeds and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve chicken over rice with steamed broccoli and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Add your favorite vegetables for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
