Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown the chicken on both sides, then remove from the skillet.
  4. Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  5. Add rice, chicken broth, and thyme. Stir well.
  6. Place chicken back in the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
