Description

Sauteed oyster mushrooms are a simple and flavorful dish, perfect as a side or topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them if large.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.

Notes
