Ingredients

- 1 pound oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them if large.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
Notes
- Serve warm as a side dish or on top of pasta.
- Can add lemon juice for extra flavor.
