Description

A hearty and flavorful sausage egg cream cheese casserole that’s perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and bell peppers (if using).
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
