- 1 pound sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and bell peppers (if using).
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated.
