A quick and easy dish combining sausage and cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add chopped cabbage and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
