Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the salted caramel sauce and sea salt.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
