Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add salted caramel sauce and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle in sea salt and mix.
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker.
  5. Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
  6. Transfer ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • For a stronger caramel flavor, add more caramel sauce.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
