Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and sugar until dissolved.
- Add salted caramel sauce and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- Sprinkle in sea salt and mix.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
- Transfer ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For a stronger caramel flavor, add more caramel sauce.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
