Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add roasted red peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Place salmon in the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with the sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Use fresh or jarred roasted red peppers.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
