Description

Salmon topped with a creamy roasted pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add roasted red peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
  7. Place salmon in the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with the sauce drizzled on top.
