Ingredients

- 200g cooked salmon
- 100g mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the flaked salmon to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
