Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 150g salmon fillet
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml cream
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook the salmon over medium heat until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and flake it into pieces.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the flaked salmon and parmesan cheese to the sauce.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust the amount of cream based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
