Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add baked meatballs to the broth and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender, then mashing with butter and milk.
  8. Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes with broth.
