Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add baked meatballs to the broth and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender, then mashing with butter and milk.
- Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes with broth.
