Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup of baking mix
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, baking mix, and green onions.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
