Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the chestnuts with an X on the flat side.
- In a bowl, toss chestnuts with olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
- Spread the chestnuts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before peeling.
