A creamy and fragrant ice cream made with rose water and crunchy pistachios.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, and sugar until dissolved.
- Add the rose water, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes, add the chopped pistachios.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use unsalted pistachios for best flavor.
- Adjust the rose water to taste.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
