Description

Delicious rose flavored cupcakes topped with pistachio cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
