A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted red peppers and feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
