Description

Roasted orange chicken is a flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with a sweet and tangy orange glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 orange, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.
  4. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
