- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets and white beans.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
